Raw Material Inspection

Our inspection team working for Seed processing ended upgrading the seed quality by taking away the alien material, undersized seed, wild plant seeds, deteriorate, and spoiled seeds. As such, Raw material inspection of seed processing is a fundamental part and our expert inspection team checks the entire raw material.

Raw Material Store

After raw material inspection, we store whole raw material in our storage factory the safety and storage area is specifically divided for all types of products. We store raw material in sufficient amounts because of the net to the next process.

Raw Material Sieving and Dehulling

We have the latest machines for raw material sieving and also have a leading expertise team, which is handled and control raw material sieving machine. The raw material sieving step is a very essential part of the whole working process because of this step the rind of the seed is separated from the seed and purifies the whole seed raw material..

Washing and Dehydrating

After raw material sieving and dehulling, our team washed all raw materials to separate the seed-soil from the seeds and then again we wash all seeds for fine washing after these steps our team is dehydrating or drying all seeds materials by latest machines.

Sorting – Fine, Magnetic, Color

After the washing, drying, and dehydrating process our special working team takes the next step, which is sorting. In this step, our teams sorted the seeds into three categories – the first is fine sorting and the second is magnetic sorting and after these two categories, the last is color sorting. These categories help to separate the best quality seeds from the raw material.

Packing and Storing

After all these steps our working team goes with the last and final step which is packing and storing. Our team packs all types of seeds in a very hygienic and good manner. After packing all seeds we store them at our warehouse and then supply them according to the client's order and their requirement. We store all types of seeds in advance because of any urgent order.
